Ms. Wightman was appointed President and CEO of Victoria Park Capital in November 2006 after serving as President and CEO of Investment Saskatchewan since May 2004.
Prior to joining Investment Saskatchewan, Ms. Wightman was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer with Farm Credit Canada (FCC). In other senior management positions with FCC, Ms. Wightman was Vice-President of Agribusiness and Eastern Operations, VP, Human Resources, Administration and Business Process Reengineering and joined the organization in 1994 as Manager, Staffing & Employee Relations. Previously, Ms. Wightman was the Director, Resource Management with the Grain Transportation Agency in Winnipeg.
In addition to serving on numerous boards associated with Victoria Park Capital including Saskferco Products Inc., Foragen Technologies Management Inc., Performance Plants and Terra Grain Fuels, Ms. Wightman serves on the Technology Innovation Centre Board of Directors and is past director of SaskPower Corporation.

Treena Amyotte graduated from the First Nations University of Canada and University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing. Treena is the Marketing Manger: Sales and Tourism for the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation (Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw) where she has worked since September, 2003.
Treena is in her second term as a Member at Large on the RAPA - Regina Aboriginal Professionals Association where she is committed to raising RAPA's profile in the Regina community. She also serves on the "Stepping Stones" organizing committee in Regina. Stepping Stones is a career fair targeted at Aboriginal youth and has become an annual occurrence for youth in and around Regina to look forward to.
Treena is eager to share her strong background in marketing, promotions, advertising and event management; she is also committed to actively participating in Aboriginal cultural activities and is eager to bring that perspective to the Board.

Kevin is a Partner in the Calgary office of Hamilton Hall Soles/Ray & Berndtson. He brings over 25 years of business and community leadership experience to the firm. Prior to joining Hamilton Hall Soles/Ray & Berndtson, Kevin held leadership positions with Relizon Canada and Xerox Canada where his roles focused on sales, marketing and general management.
Kevin brings with him proven governance experience and has successfully completed the Institute of Corporate Directors - Corporate Governance College Director's Education Program. He has been involved with diverse organizations such as Past Chair, Calgary Chamber of Commerce, Past Vice-Chair of Board of Governors, Bow Valley College; Past Chair, Calgary Educational Partnership Foundation; Past Director, Association of Canadian Community Colleges; and Past Member, Conference Board of Canada, Council on Education.
Kevin continues to be actively involved in the community serving on the boards of Alberta Blue Cross and the Calgary Airport Authority; Chair, Bow Valley College Fund Campaign; Co-Chair, Peter Lougheed Hospital Development Council; Director, Calgary Health Trust; and Member, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology Chairman's Circle. Amongst numerous awards, Kevin was presented with the Alberta Centennial medal in 2005 and received a Paul Harris Fellowship award, from Rotary International, in 2004.

Mark Kinzel was appointed Executive Vice-President, Financial Services for Investors Group on April 30, 2004. In this role he is responsible for the 4000+ members of the Investors Group distribution network located throughout Canada.
Prior to this, Mark was the Senior Vice-President, Financial Services Division, responsible for Ontario. He assumed that role on January 1, 1999 after 16 years with the company in a number of positions with increasing responsibilities while located in Regina.
Mr. Kinzel is a graduate of the University of Regina where he received his Bachelor of Administration. Throughout his career both in Winnipeg and Regina he has been extensively involved in a number of volunteer positions including his current role on the board of the Terry Fox Humanitarian Award program.
Mark resides with his family in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

A competitive swimmer who competed in the Rome Summer Olympics in 1960, Dick Pound has played an influential role for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for more than twenty - (20) years. His mark on the Olympic movement is so pronounced that TIME Magazine named him one of the world's 100 most influential people in 2005.
Mr. Pound has served in a number of capacities with the IOC since 1978, including Vice-President, IOC, and Chairman of its Marketing Commission. He led the IOC's investigation of bribery charges that surrounded the Salt Lake City Games, an inquiry that resulted in 10 IOC members being expelled or resigning. Mr. Pound served from November 1998 to September 2007 as the chairman of the World Anti-Doping Agency, an agency with the sole mission to clean up drug use in sports.
In addition to his work with the IOC, Mr. Pound is a partner in the law firm of Stikeman Elliott LLP in Montreal where he practices tax law. Mr. Pound has served as the Chancellor of McGill University since 1999. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 1992, and was named an Officer of the National Order of Quebec in 1993.
Dianne is a graduate of Carleton University's Honours Journalism program with a minor in French Literature. After serving in a variety of senior communications and public affairs positions with The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), the House of Commons, the Senate and Imperial Oil, Dianne joined TD Bank Financial Group in 2001. As Vice President Corporate Communications Dianne was responsible for internal and external communications for the Bank's Wealth Management business and the Business Banking and Insurance group. She also served as the communications liaison with the Bank's US businesses. Dianne became Senior Vice President, Corporate and Public Affairs in 2007 and is responsible for community relations and all bank-wide communications to external stakeholders as well as internally to 74,000 employees world-wide.
Dianne has a passion for travel and has visited the Far East extensively. Recently, her travels have been more to the "near East", to her cottage on Prince Edward Island. When she is not traveling or training for half-marathons, Dianne is a dedicated Ottawa Senators hockey fan (reflecting her Ottawa roots), which has proven increasingly difficult in a city where the Toronto Maple Leafs are viewed as Canada's team.

Jill Vandal is one of three Partners in the Tourism Company, a leading Canadian management consulting firm focused solely on tourism. Tourism consulting assignments have taken her to all regions of Canada, and around the world as she assists private and public sector organizations and individual tourism businesses with a broad range of feasibility, marketing and strategic planning assignments. Her tourism consulting experience in Saskatchewan includes the recently completed Strategic Tourism Plan for the City of Regina, a Travel Trade Development Strategy for Saskatchewan and a Strategic Framework for Saskatchewan Tourism Development.
Jill's work with tourism destination marketing organizations, tourism industry sector groups and individual private tourism operators provides her with a wealth of knowledge in a wide range of tourism issues. She has experience in most sectors of the industry and is a frequent presenter and key note speaker at tourism industry events. Jill is also skilled in building complex market demand and financial projections.
Prior to being invited to become a Partner with the Tourism Company, Jill was the Director, Camp Wapomeo (Algonquin Park) and Director, Public Relations/Personnel (Toronto), Taylor Statten Camps. Jill is currently the volunteer Chair of the Taylor Statten Camping Bursary Fund.

After completing high school in Oakville Ontario, John joined the RCMP July 1959. Over the next twenty-three - (23) years John served in various capacities, including the RCMP Band as well as regular detachment and specialized plain clothes postings in Saskatchewan.
After retiring as a Staff Sergeant, John spent nineteen years employed by Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) as their Senior Fraud Investigator, and continues to teach classes to underwriting and adjusting staff at SGI when requested.
John has been a member of the Regina Division of the RCMP Veterans' Association since 1982 and is currently the Immediate Past President of the Association. John is an active member of the Friends of the Mounted Police Heritage Centre, and is a volunteer docent at the Heritage Centre.

Frank is a former Chief Financial Officer and Director, Corporate Management with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Assistant Commissioner Richter was responsible for the administration of the RCMP's $1.8 billion annual budget, and was a member of the RCMP Senior Executive Committee providing corporate leadership in the areas of finance, internal audit and strategic planning. During his 35 year career with the RCMP Frank worked in a variety of fields ranging from detachment and community policing, to commercial crime and corporate management in British Columbia, Alberta and at National Headquarters in Ottawa.
Frank lives in Kelowna, British Columbia and is involved in a number of volunteer activities. He is currently a Director and Chair of the Finance Committee, Okanagan College Foundation and is a Governor and Vice Chair, BC Corps of Commissionaires. Frank is the Auditor for the Okanagan Division - RCMP Veterans' Association and participates in Canada Revenue Agency's Community Volunteer Income Tax Program that completes tax returns for low income individuals. He has also served as a Director, Treasurer and Secretary of the Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers Society and a Director and Treasurer of the BC Crime Stoppers Advisory Board Society. He received the BC Crime Stoppers Civilian of the Year Award in 2003.
Frank holds the Certified General Accountant (CGA) designation, and operates in full compliance with the CGA Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Tom Molloy, counsel to MacPherson, Leslie & Tyerman Lawyers in Saskatoon, works extensively in First Nations and Business law. Most notably he played a leading role in the lengthy negotiations with the Inuit of Nunavut that lead to the creation of the Territory of Nunavut in 1999. He has written an award-winning book, The World is our Witness: The Historic Journey of the Nisga'a into Canada, which details the his achievements as the head of the team that negotiated the Nisga'a Final Agreement, the first modern-day treaty in the history of British Columbia.
Mr. Molloy was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 1996 and has received many other awards including: an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from the University of Saskatchewan, The Head of the Public Service Award (1998), and Distinguished Service Award (Sask. Branch) from the Canadian Bar Association (2001).
He has been actively involved in his community serving on the boards of Canadian Landmine Association, St. Thomas More College, Kidney Research Foundation of Saskatchewan and St. Paul's Hospital Board of Trustees. From 2001-2007 Mr. Molloy served as Chancellor, Board of Governors Member and University Senate Chair at the University of Saskatchewan.

Ms. Skelton was a Member of Parliament from 2000 to 2008, and was the Minister of National Revenue from 2006 to 2007. She has held numerous parliamentary positions including Deputy Leader, Deputy House Leader and Critic for Social Development, Public Health, Human resources and Skills Development, and Western Economic Diversification and Health.
Ms. Skelton's experience in the private sector includes working as the Community Service Coordinator and Family Services Officer with the Canadian Red Cross Society and as President of Skelton Farms Limited.
She brings with her volunteer experience as a board member on the Saskatchewan Research Council and the Saskatchewan Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission and has served as Protocol Officer for the Canadian Hereford Association.
